# How can I have an invoice or see the payment history?

It is possible to access the payment history from the platform you used for your payments.

If you used **app store** or **play store**, you can contact **Apple** or **Google**.

If you used the **web store,** follow these steps:
* Click on the **token balance indicator**.
* Click the **Manage Plan** button.
* Select your current plan.
* Click **Continue**.
This will redirect you to the customer portal page. If you are using a web browser, ensure that your browser is not blocking popups.
