# My Auto Video is stuck on loading, what can I do?

If your **Quick Generate** video is **stuck on loading**, it is likely due to a temporary system issue or downtime. 

Here are the actions you should take:
* **Wait at least for 1 Hour**: We recommend waiting about 1 hour before reporting the issue, as this often allows our systems time to **correct the error** or **process the refund **automatically.
* **Open a Support Ticket**: If the issue persists after waiting at least **1 hour**, please send us a chat message so that our team can identify your specific generation, check on it, and monitor the process until it's resolved.
In any case, our Quick Generate videos are checked daily. All stuck generations are handled automatically, meaning they are either restarted or their tokens are fully refunded.
