# My tokens are missing after a purchase. What can I do?

If you don't see your purchased tokens immediately, it's usually a temporary issue. Here what you can do:
* **Check Transaction**: First, confirm your payment was successful by **checking your transaction** confirmation.
* **Refresh/Restart**: **refresh the web page** or **close and restart the app**. Often, the issue is just a visualization bug, and a quick refresh will fix it.
* **Wait 5 Minutes**: Token delivery can occasionally be delayed. The payment system's confirmation might take a few minutes to process, and the tokens can be added with a delay of up to **5 minutes**.
* **Send us a message**: If you've confirmed the purchase, waited 5 minutes, and the tokens are still missing after refreshing, please **s**end us a message using our chat. Our team will quickly identify your transaction and ensure the tokens are credited.
