I don't like the generated video, can I have my tokens back?

Unfortunately, every video generation incurs a cost for us, so, as stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot issue a refund if the final output is not fully satisfactory due to errors related to the input image or prompt used for generation, or to the current state of AI technology capabilities.

If the issue is limited to certain clips, you may click the Edit button and manually adjust them using the Advanced Projects feature. In that case, you can refer to our official YouTube channel for tutorials on how to use the advanced project workflow: https://www.youtube.com/@onemoreshot-ai

If you believe the video contains artifacts or errors that may indicate a technical issue (for example, distortions, numerous repeated clips, or completely off lipsync) please contact us via our chat system to request a review. If we identify an error that appears to stem from a processing issue on our side, we will refund the tokens used to generate the video.
