I downloaded a video but can't find it in my library

The videos are automatically saved in the file app of your device if you are using the website.
If you are on mobile you can check the recently saved section of your gallery.

If you still can't find the video, you can check if the app has access to your media library.

On iOS, you can do this by following these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Select 1 More Shot from your list of apps.
• Check the status of the Photos permission to ensure access is granted.
