How do I cancel my subscription?

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed — billing runs through that platform, not through One More
Shot directly.
Subscribed on the website (app.onemoreshot.ai): manage or cancel your plan from your account settings in
the web app.
Subscribed in the iPhone/iPad app: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → One More Shot (1MS)
→ Cancel Subscription.
Subscribed in the Android app: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions →
One More Shot (1MS) → Cancel subscription.
Three things apply no matter where you subscribed: canceling stops future renewals and you keep access until
the end of the period you've paid for; deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; and you
need to cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Not sure where you're billed? Check your receipts — Apple receipts come from Apple, Google Play receipts from
Google — or email support@onemoreshot.ai with your account email and the team will locate it.

If you subscribed at app.onemoreshot.ai, your plan is managed there:
Log in at https://app.onemoreshot.ai
Open your account settings.
Find your plan under subscription or billing and select cancel.
Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access for the period you've already paid for. If you don't see a
cancel option in your account settings, email support@onemoreshot.ai from your account email and the team
will cancel it for you.

▍ How do I cancel my Apple (App Store / iOS) subscription?
If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app, Apple handles your billing, so cancellation happens in your
Apple account — not inside One More Shot.
On iPhone or iPad:
Open Settings.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap One More Shot (1MS).
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also get there through the App Store app (tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions), or on a Mac via App
Store → your name → Account Settings → Manage next to Subscriptions.
Good to know:
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you don't see a Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you subscribed inside the Android app, Google Play handles your billing, so cancellation happens in your
Google account — not inside One More Shot.
On your Android device:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Tap One More Shot (1MS).
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also cancel from any browser at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions — sign in with the
same Google account you used to subscribe.
Good to know:
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription — it keeps renewing until you cancel it in Google Play.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refund requests for Google Play charges go through Google Play (Play Store → profile icon → Payments &
subscriptions → Budget & history), and Google typically handles requests made within 48 hours of the
